Report a correction

Please check the original record at sdfoodinfo.org first. If the County shows the same thing Grayte does, the record itself is what needs correcting and only the County can do that — see below.

If Grayte is showing it wrong, that is ours to fix. This form sends a report to Grayte. It does not reach San Diego County and it cannot change the official inspection record.

Correcting the official record

Grayte cannot change what San Diego County published — it only reports it. For errors in the inspection record itself, contact the Department of Environmental Health and Quality directly at 858-505-6900 or fhdutyeh@sdcounty.ca.gov, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, excluding holidays.

Once the County updates a record, Grayte picks the change up on its next daily read.
